Terms of Service

A standard deposit (typically 20%) is required to lock in tour dates, reserve private 4x4 vehicles, and secure desert luxury tents. The remaining balance can be settled prior to departure or on the day of service via card, wire transfer, or cash (EUR, USD, MAD).

We offer traveler-friendly cancellation terms:

• More than 48 Hours Before Departure: 100% full refund of your deposit, no cancellation fees.
• 24 to 48 Hours Before Departure: 50% refund or 100% credit towards rescheduling.
• Less than 24 Hours / No-Show: Non-refundable due to pre-allocated transport and lodging commitments.

Desert and high-mountain adventures are subject to regional meteorological safety. In case of rare sandstorms, heavy snow in mountain passes, or road blockages, Onila Tour reserves the right to adapt routes to guarantee traveler safety. Full refunds or free rescheduling are guaranteed if an activity is canceled due to severe force majeure.

All vehicles and licensed guides operate under official Moroccan tourism regulations with comprehensive civil liability coverage. We strongly advise travelers to hold international travel insurance covering personal health, luggage, and trip interruptions.

These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any amicable resolution or inquiry will be addressed directly by our central management office in Ouarzazate, Morocco.
